Overview:

* Provide technical leadership across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Application Engineering functions.

* Lead complex cross-functional development initiatives involving fan products, engineering tools, software applications, and emerging technologies.

* Mentor and develop engineering talent while strengthening the company's technical capabilities and industry influence.

* Support strategic customer relationships through technical consultation, troubleshooting, training, and product co-development.
