Lead the design, development, and delivery of robust, production-ready control solutions for data center platforms by ensuring compliance with customer and technical requirements, industry standards, and best practices
Define scalable control architecture for data center HVAC platforms, including chillers, cooling plants, fan coil units, liquid cooling solutions, and supervisory plant controllers
Lead the design and development of advanced control strategies that optimize performance, energy efficiency, and system robustness, including supervisory optimal control, model predictive control, robust and adaptive control, fault-tolerance control
Lead decomposition of system-level requirements into control functional specifications
Support the development and calibration of physics-based plant models. Utilize models for design exploration, control system analysis, verification, and validation
Support system-level commissioning activities, including startup strategy definition, control sequence validation

experience with data center /hvac control system designs
proficient knowledge of controls , including feedback control, linear/nonlinear control, multivariable control, system identification, and constrained optimization and predictive control
experience implementing model predictive control, or optimization-based supervisory control in real-time energy-efficient system design
experience in advanced estimation techniques, including moving horizon estimation in real-time systems
with real-time optimization algorithms and associated modeling approaches
commissioning of chiller plants, liquid cooling systems, supervisory plant controls
proficient in the use of matlab toolsets including simulink, and test embedded controls algorithms
system integration, test strategies across mil / sil and hil
