, driving next‑generation advancements in the vascular and interventional cardiology space.

In this high‑visibility, technical leadership role, you will leverage multidisciplinary engineering expertise and advanced materials knowledge to bring life‑changing medical devices from concept to clinical reality.

The Opportunity & Impact
  • Pioneer New Solutions: Conceptualize, prototype, and develop cutting‑edge, cost‑effective devices and bioprosthetic implants that solve complex clinical challenges.
  • Technical & Project Leadership: Own full lifecycle product development, drive project planning, identify risks, and guide cross‑functional teams toward successful product launches.
  • Clinical & Industry

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with physicians, outside consultants, vendors, and the medical community to align engineering designs with evolving clinical needs.
  • End-to-End Development: Lead bench testing, animal studies, clinical evaluations, and establish rigorous requirements and specifications under strict FDA/ISO design controls.
What You’ll Bring
  • Deep R&D Expertise: 10+ years of R&D engineering experience, with a proven track record of designing and testing complex medical devices (interventional cardiology or vascular experience is highly preferred).
  • Manufacturing & Materials Mastery: Deep knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM). Hands‑on experience with plastics injection molding, extrusion, or advanced metals (Stainless Steel and Nitinol wires/bonding) is required.
  • Modern Engineering Toolset: Proficiency with CAD software (Solid Works or ProE) and experience with advanced design methodologies (Six Sigma, Analytical Design).
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel up to 15% (including occasional international travel) for physician visits and design reviews.
