Design Tree Engineering is pursuing the addition of a Survey Project Manager to join our growing and dynamic Land Survey Team in our Minneapolis, MN office. Ideal candidates are driven and looking to grow with the organization.

Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate survey planning, schedules, processing and project administration.
- Preparation of proposals.
- Record research, preparation of surveys, legal descriptions, plan interpretation and construction staking computations.
- Train staff in the proper use of equipment and field techniques.
- Provide client/contractor interaction in a positive, professional manner.
- Work as part of a team to deliver successful projects.
- Effective communicator.
- Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Minnesota or Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Working knowledge of field survey equipment including Robotic Total Stations and GPS.
- Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel out of town.
- Knowledge of topographic, construction, boundary, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
- $90,000-$130,000 based on qualifications.
