Minneapolis, Minnesota (4 days onsite and 1 remote)

Preferred location:
Candidate located near the client facilities in Minnesota

Candidate located near other client sites, including Denver, North Haven, Tempe, Tijuana, and Puerto Rico, will also be considered

Position Description

The Building Performance Engineer delivers ongoing HVAC Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) support for global facilities, translating building analytics into actionable maintenance and optimization improvements. The role partners with facilities, operations, and BAS teams to identify HVAC issues, develop operational and control optimization recommendations, and support analytics deployment to improve performance, comfort, and energy efficiency.
