Role Description

ATSR is seeking a full-time Construction Administrator to join our team in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. This is an on-site role responsible for delivering comprehensive construction administration services for a variety of public facility projects. Daily tasks include coordinating construction projects, managing submittals and project documentation, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure project objectives are met. The Construction Administrator will also communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and project success.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Construction Administration Services and Submittals management
  • Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
  • Excellent Communication skills for working with teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Ability to review and manage documentation to ensure projects meet design and regulatory standards
  • Familiarity with public facility projects and experience with government or educational institutions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
  • Attention to detail and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
