Operations Manager, Estimator
We are seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join a growing mechanical contractor specializing in commercial and industrial mechanical construction.
This is not a traditional construction management role.
The ideal candidate will be involved in project management, estimating, client relationship management, design-build coordination, and business development. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys both the technical and business side of mechanical construction.

What You'll Be Doing- Manage commercial and industrial mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participate in estimating, budgeting, and proposal development
- Coordinate design-build projects with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Manage project schedules, costs, procurement, and project execution
- Assist with business development efforts and help identify opportunities with existing clients
- Lead project meetings and maintain communication with all project stakeholders
- Support project forecasting, change order management, and financial performance
- Collaborate closely with company leadership on project strategy and customer satisfaction

$500,000 - $5,000,000
What We're Looking For- Experience working for a mechanical contractor
- HVAC, plumbing, piping, or mechanical construction background
- Project Management experience within commercial or industrial construction
- Estimating and preconstruction experience
- Client-facing experience and relationship management skills
- Design-build project experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience helping secure work, develop accounts, or support business development efforts is highly desirable
- $90,000 - $130,000 base salary depending on experience
- Strong backlog of commercial and industrial work
