We're partnering with a growing medical technology organization that is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead reliability and sustaining engineering efforts for advanced capital equipment used in clinical settings.

• Lead product reliability and sustaining engineering initiatives.
• Analyze service, field, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for product performance issues.
• Develop and track key reliability metrics, including failure rates and performance trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement design, manufacturing, and quality improvements.
• Support product lifecycle management, new product configurations, and future enhancements.
• Provide reliability and manufacturability input during product development activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing or product development environment, Medical device REQUIRED.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, reliability engineering, sustaining engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results.
• Experience in medical devices and/or capital equipment Required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
