Overview
Join a global leader in industrial automation as a Principal Hardware Design Engineer
, where you'll help develop the next generation of embedded hardware platforms powering industrial sensors and communication products used by manufacturers around the world.
This is a highly hands-on engineering role where you'll influence hardware architecture while remaining deeply involved in design, debugging, validation, and product development. You'll collaborate closely with embedded software, manufacturing, and product teams to bring innovative products from concept through production.
Responsibilities- Design and develop embedded hardware platforms for industrial automation and communication products.
- Lead board-level hardware design, schematic development, prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation.
- Develop hardware architectures using ARM-based processors, microcontrollers, memory subsystems, and FPGA technologies.
- Partner with embedded software, manufacturing, and product teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Help shape the technical direction of next-generation products used in manufacturing facilities worldwide.
- 8–12 years of experience designing embedded hardware or electronic products.
- Strong experience with analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, and board-level debugging.
- Experience working with ARM-based processors, microcontrollers, or similar embedded platforms.
- Exposure to FPGA-based systems and hardware/software integration.
- Experience supporting hardware validation, EMC/EMI testing, and bringing products from concept through production.
