Project Coordinator
C4 is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator.
Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly
- Build weekly Plan Data Spreadsheets, host meetings, manage project front end load process, providing weekly load data to transport planning team, engineers and other stakeholders
- Receive vendor or C&E resources FC testing data for routes completed, utilize testing data and GMO-FOLM to develop analysis on each segment of the route, provide planning team with a complete package of analyzed results from testing received, work with OSP for repairs or repeat testing needed
- Analyze fiber segments for future measurement. Populate and update fiber measurement spreadsheet weekly
- Update and maintain the DWDM roll spreadsheet. As DWDM rolls physically complete, ensure the completion report is issued by ONM
- Utilize FNP to prepare projects for RIN/SPAN check of new DWDMU projects
Systems/Software:
Excel, FNP, NISE, Geolink, Facility Planner
Experience in project coordination, data analysis, meeting facilitation, provisioning
