The Power Plant Chief Engineer position at the Minnesota Veterans Home Minneapolis campus oversees 24/7 plant operations, steam systems, HVAC, and emergency power. You’ll lead a team, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate maintenance across facilities.
Reporting to the Physical Plant Director, you will plan improvements, manage energy costs, and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff to maintain peak efficiency and regulatory compliance. Monday–Friday with on-call expectations.
