Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Operating Engineer to ensure reliable operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at our Minnesota properties. You will perform rounds, preventive maintenance, and corrective tasks to keep facilities safe, efficient and compliant.
The role requires 5+ years in MEP systems in commercial settings, a HS diploma or GED, and relevant trade training; on-site work with occasional extended hours.
