This is a permanent, full time position with a great salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new potential customers.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and timing of materials.
- Coordinate with Superintendent, field, safety and management teams regularly.
- Submit change-order requests, RFI's, and manage project billings for projects.
- Manage projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring we are exceeding state codes and safety requirements.
- 7+ years working as a Project Manager for a large, commercial HVAC Construction company working on large project.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Advanced technical knowledge reading and redlining CAD drawings, working with Blue Beam, MS Project, Excel, and other BIM and project coordination/scheduling applications are a plus.
