Award-winning MEP company has an immediate opening for a Plumbing Designer. Will consider mid-level and senior-level plumbing designer candidates! Direct-hire position with outstanding benefits!
Duties:- Using Revit, design and prepare construction documents for plumbing systems in commercial, healthcare, life science, and educational buildings
- Develop plumbing system layouts, riser diagrams, schedules, details, and specifications
- Select mechanical equipment and perform design calculations
- Review shop drawings and submittals
- Coordinate plumbing system layouts with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines
- AAS degree (mechanical discipline a big plus)
- 3+ years of plumbing design experience
- Revit proficiency
- AutoCAD skills
Salary: $80-180K
