About the Role Our Minneapolis Team is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer-in-Training that will develop a diverse portfolio of mechanical engineering projects with a focus on the design, construction, and maintenance of complex mechanical systems. The successful candidate will utilize their experience to provide solutions to a diverse clientele that includes multinational industry leaders. Your day to day will include:
* Participate in preparing drawing packages including 3D modeling, detailed plans, and specifications related to a wide variety of engineering projects
* Analyze data and assist in developing engineering calculations for mechanical applications
* Participate in preparing proposals, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents for mechanical and multidiscipline engineering projects
* Participate in preparing detailed engineering reports and provide written and oral updates regarding the progress and completion of engineering projects
* Participate in the performance QA/QC reviews throughout the design development process for assigned projects as well as projects under development by others
* Assist in field surveys as required throughout the project life cycle#### About You
* BS in Mechanical Engineering
* 2+ years of experience in Mechanical and/or Industrial engineering design
* Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
* Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate with team members and clients in a multi-disciplined environment####
What We Offer
* Annual base salary in the range of $65,000 – $85,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications
