We are hiring a Molding Engineer for a Full-Time, onsite opportunity in Minneapolis, MN
.
Location: Minneapolis, MN Onsite
Experience: 2 5 Years
Rate: $40 $ 45/hr W2 | $55/hr C2C
- Execute mold trials:
Functional Test, Gate Freeze, D3, and Characterization. - Collect and analyze RJG data and define process windows.
- Prepare/update PODs, FW redlines, and OQ/PQ drafts
. - Support mold qualification and validation activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Tooling teams.
- Review trial results and validation documents.
- Ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements
.
- Molding Engineering / Mold Validation experience.
- Strong Mold Qualification skills.
- Experience with RJG data, OQ/PQ, PODs, and process validation
. - Medical device/manufacturing experience preferred.
