Base Pay Range: $74,470 - $142,068

The Test Engineer will work within a multidisciplinary team to maintain, improve, and design test solutions working independently with direction from manager. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to understand electronics and mechanical design, as well as programming concepts and technologies. This role willbe located at our Plant location in Brooklyn Park, MN.

This position reportstothe Engineering Manager.

• Own the technical performance and stability of existing automated test stations (ATE) within production environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and system-level issues impacting test station uptime, yield, and throughput.
• Lead root cause analysis for test failures, false failures, and intermittent issues; implement corrective actions to eliminate recurrence.
• Improve test station reliability, efficiency, and data integrity through targeted updates to test software, hardware, and processes.
• Reduce uncertainty in test results by evaluating measurement systems, tightening limits where appropriate, and improving test robustness.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to prioritize and resolve line-down and yield-impacting issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing test programs, fixtures, and documentation to support long‑term sustainability.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cycle time reduction, cost savings, and defect prevention within production test systems.
• Support introduction of product or process changes into existing test stations, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to Technicians and production personnel.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive standardization across test platforms and production sites.
• Support production facilities as needed, including onsite and remote issue resolution.
