Entourage Events Group works closely with clients to design and manage events, from private business meetings and luncheons to large‑scale conferences, employee appreciation events, seminars, and holiday parties. We offer a wide range of flexible menus and custom options for different audiences. This position is responsible for helping create the ideal atmosphere for weddings and events by providing the necessary beverage services.

The bartenders play a central role in setting the scene for outstanding service.

All positions are paid an hourly wage, will work in multiple locations, and can cross‑train to work in all our settings. All staff must abide by all COVID regulations set forth by the state of MN, as well as internal procedures and policies.

• Pay $18.00 an hour
• $200 bonus for 6 shifts worked a month
• Serve and mix drinks
• Arrive on time to events and shifts
• Responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Always strive to exceed guests’ expectations
• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well‑groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential
• Maintain a steady workflow by performing prescribed duties accurately and timely
• Perform duties with minimal supervision
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

• Serving experience preferred
• Responsible for ensuring proper and timely set‑up and execution of events
• Team player/professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑pace environment
• Reliable and consistently arrive on time
