** THE JOB
** As the
** Night of Show Upsell Supervisor**, you are a leader within the venue, committed to providing the highest level of guest experience. You are someone who is unstoppable in delivering the ultimate guest  this role, you are not only responsible for ensuring an amplified guest experience, but also for actively driving sales and developing new team programs with your Upsell team.

This position focuses on both customer acquisition and retention, with success measured through revenue generation, team productivity, and overall effectiveness.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
*** Communicate with the venue’s core team about staffing, upsell availability and overall execution of upsell programs during the show.
* Communicate with the box office manager during the day of show to trouble shoot any opportunities that arise with guests, upsell availability or equipment.
* Provide suggestions to venue leadership based on feedback from team and guests during the day of show.  Suggestions may include topic such as pricing strategies, best practices and team execution for both presales and day of show.
* Provide feedback around finding new, creative revenue streams for the venue based on day of show experiences and trends.
* Secure and reconcile day of show ancillary sales.

* Maintain inventory of ancillary products throughout the season
* Must ensure all Upsell areas, seating, coat check, venue merch and Upsells crew are all set, ready and tidy prior to doors
* Must have day time and evening availability on weekdays and weekends
* Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, outdoors, in all weather conditions
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
* Other duties as assigned
