This is a standout opportunity for an experienced advisor to seamlessly step into a lead role, taking over existing $10MM+ client relationships while collaborating closely with a team of top-tier professionals. The ideal candidate brings deep wealth management experience with a strong tax-aware planning mindset.
WhyYou’ll Love This Role:
- Take the reins of existing high-net-worth client relationships, providing holistic advice that integrates investment, estate, and tax planning.
- Work with a highly engaged team that values partnership, innovation, and proactive tax-smart strategies that put clients first.
- Be part of a rapidly expanding firm where your contributions—especially around complex planning and tax optimization—are recognized and rewarded.
- Help clients navigate complex financial and tax decisions while building and preserving multi-generational wealth and legacies.
- Lead and deepen relationships with existing clients and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor on wealth, tax, and planning matters.
- Deliver tailored financial plans and investment strategies with a strong emphasis on tax efficiency and after-tax outcomes.
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities, including income tax, capital gains, charitable giving, and estate planning strategies.
- Conduct and lead client meetings, ensuring follow-up and execution of all action items, including coordination of tax-related planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external CPAs and attorneys to deliver a best-in-class, integrated client experience.
- Mentor and guide Associate Advisors and Client Service Associates, particularly around planning and tax-aware advisory practices.
- Contribute to business development and marketing efforts by articulating the firm’s value around comprehensive and tax-smart wealth management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- CPA designation and/or significant tax planning experience highly preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investment consulting, or a family office/RIA environment with exposure to complex tax situations.
- At least 2 years of experience leading client relationships.
- Proven track record in client service, comprehensive financial planning, tax planning, and investment strategy.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, financial planning, tax analysis, and portfolio management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, planning-intensive environment.
