Financial Controller

We are seeking a Controller to lead financial operations for a growing organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting/finance professional who brings strong corporate experience and can apply both strategic and hands‑on leadership in a dynamic environment.

• Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and month‑end close
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and maintain GAAP compliance
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health
• Improve systems, workflows, and reporting tools to support scalability
• Manage, mentor, and develop a small finance team
• Partner with leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and data‑driven decision support

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Experience improving systems, processes, and reporting accuracy
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands‑on
