* QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  3-5 years of recent banking experience related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Customer Identification Program (CIP) and fraud monitoring and detection

Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with personnel of other departments  In addition to BSA/AML/OFAC/CIP and fraud, significant knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations impacting the bank At Thrivent, we believe money is a tool, not a goal.
