Private Equity Investment Analyst

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented professional to join our Private Markets team. In this role, you’ll support all stages of the private equity investment lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting to execution, monitoring, and exit. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is known for strong financial acumen and clear communication.

• Participate in all stages of the investment process, including sourcing, underwriting, execution, monitoring, and exit
• Conduct market, company, and fund research and synthesize findings into investment recommendations
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate opportunities and monitor portfolio performance
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external audiences
• Coordinate due diligence efforts with internal teams, external managers, and strategic partners
• Maintain structured tracking of pipeline opportunities, commitments, and portfolio data
• Support advisor- and client-facing materials communicating strategy and performance
• Contribute to process design, technology enhancements, and operational improvements to scale the platform

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, economics, business, or related field preferred (CFA or MBA preferred, not required)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, asset management, or related field
• Strong financial analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to draft clear investment memos and presentations
• Professional presence and ability to engage with senior executives and external partners
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required

The estimated base salary range for this role is $65,000 – $90,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
