What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and deepen relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Deliver tailored financial plans and investment strategies.
• Conduct and lead client meetings, ensuring follow-up and execution of all action items.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
• Mentor and guide Associate Advisors and Client Service Associates.
• Contribute to business development and marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investment consulting, or a family office/RIA environment.
• At least 2 years of experience leading client relationships.
• Proven track record in client service, financial planning, and investment strategy.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, financial planning, and portfolio management software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
