• Stay informed on global market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to refine research priorities
• Identify, evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external investment management firms
• Maintain internal databases to facilitate information flow regarding outside investment management firms
• Analyze and interpret complex data across various investment classes, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and real assets
• Develop proprietary research tools, frameworks, and models to enhance investment evaluations and asset allocations

• Master’s degree or higher in finance, economics, business, or related field; CFA or equivalent designation preferred
• 8+ years of experience in investment research
• Deep understanding of global capital markets, investment vehicles, and asset allocation strategies
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences

• CFA or equivalent designation
• Experience with advanced research technologies and methodologies
• Proven track record in managing external investment relationships
• Familiarity with regulatory developments impacting investment strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
