What is the opportunity?
As an Operations Associate II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of essential documents and forms within our organization. Your responsibilities will include meticulously reviewing a variety of materials to verify proper completion, confirm alignment with system data, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

- Provide second to none customer service to our clients via email and phone interactions
- Process requests via Salesforce, Workflow and AOS Docupace
- Complete daily reports that support Document Processing
- Attention to Detail:
Ensure all tasks, documents, and communications are executed with precision, minimizing errors and maintaining high‑quality standards - Review and validate documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Compare submitted materials against system records to ensure consistency.
- Identify discrepancies, elevate issues, and support resolution efforts.
- Adhere to policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Must-have
- 4‑year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent) OR high school diploma (or equivalent) AND 3 years of job‑related experience
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology, critical thinking skills required to support escalated issue resolution and/or oversight requirements associated with exception‑based complex processes
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment with a high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft‑based software products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
Nice-to-have
- Experience with in the document review
- Previous experience in the securities, banking or finance industry preferred
- Ability to integrate Excel and Access databases into daily work
- Knowledge of Broadridge is preferred

The good‑faith expected salary range for the above position is $45,000 - $70,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company‑matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance;
