Investment Analyst – Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

• Execute equity, fixed‑income, ETF, and mutual fund trading.
• Participate in portfolio construction, rebalancing, and day‑to‑day management.
• Analyze, monitor, and review the firm’s book of business, client portfolios, and trading models.
• Utilize trading and financial analysis software to support investment decisions.
• Assist with client support and administrative tasks.
• Provide research and project support to the investment committee.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position does not sponsor visas.
• Series7 or 65 license preferred.
• Familiarity with trading technologies, order‑management systems, and rebalancing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software such as Morningstar.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Positive work ethic, professional demeanor, and a self‑starter attitude.

$75,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
