The Senior Wealth Advisor leads relationships with high net worth and ultra‑high net worth clients, delivering tailored wealth strategies across investments, banking, trust, and planning. The role acts as the primary point of contact, coordinating internal specialists to provide seamless, high‑impact solutions.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and grow a portfolio of high net worth/ultra high net worth clients through referrals, centers of influence, and strategic networking.
- Lead client relationships by assessing needs, building comprehensive plans, and coordinating internal experts.
- Drive revenue growth across investments, trust, banking, and planning services.
- Deliver holistic wealth advice, including estate planning, tax strategies, and credit solutions.
- Maintain strong client retention through proactive engagement and high‑quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Track and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools to support business development goals.
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team development and market leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in private wealth, private banking, or trust/estate advisory.
- Proven track record in business development, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in relationship management and consultative sales.
- At least one certification: CFP, CHFC, CWS, CTFA, or FINRA Series 7/66.
- Preferred:
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. - Advanced experience managing complex UHNW client relationships.
- Leadership experience mentoring or managing advisors.
