Cross Country Mortgage is seeking a Loan Processor responsible for providing quality customer service by obtaining necessary documentation to underwrite loans and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience, expertise in Encompass, and strong communication skills.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 to $38.00 per hour, with eligibility for a bonus plan. Applicants should also have a solid understanding of RESPA regulations and all mortgage lending compliance.
