Perform daily vault operations, including pulling loan files, returning files to their proper locations, and conducting quality control checks to ensure accurate filing.;
Verify that loan files are stored in the correct locations, organized by customer and loan number, and promptly correct any discrepancies.;
Search shelves thoroughly when a file appears to be missing, ensuring all sections of the shelf and surrounding areas are checked.;
Use computer systems and search tools to research the location of misplaced files, including reviewing where the file was last seen and identifying related files brought in at the same time.;
Inspect desks, under desks, carts, and other storage areas to locate missing or misfiled documents based on research clues.
