Financial Controller

Overview

On-site / hybrid
· Reports to CFO
· Two sites

We're looking for an experienced Controller to own the full accounting function at a growing, privately held manufacturing company. You'll be a key member of the management team with direct exposure to the CFO and a real impact on financial performance.

• Lead month-end close, AP/AR, and all core accounting operations
• Manage the annual financial review and drive the transition to a full audit
• Analyze job costs and performance to identify profitability opportunities
• Maintain internal controls, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance
• Support strategic initiatives including M&A due diligence and integration

• 5+ years of broad accounting experience with a manufacturing background — required
• Strong GAAP knowledge and track record of driving process improvement
• Proven leadership skills and clear communication across all levels
• CPA, public accounting experience, or merger / acquisition experience a plus

• High-visibility leadership role with direct CFO partnership
• Stable, growth-oriented company with a strong reputation in the market
