Overview
We are looking for a Controller with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role will oversee all accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You will manage month-end and year-end close processes, maintain our ERP systems, and provide strategic financial insights to leadership.

- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain ERP systems
- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- 3+ years of experience as a Controller
- CPA preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience growing a finance department
- Experience managing a finance team
- Experience implementing an ERP system
- Manufacturing/Distribution industry experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with integrated inventory management across multiple locations
- Experience with budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting oversight
- HR compliance and reporting experience
