Customer Service Specialist; Wealth Management

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join a paid Series 7 & Series 63 licensing program within a leading Wealth Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals interested in finance, investing, and client relationship management.

Selected candidates will be compensated while completing a structured 12-week program to obtain their SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses
, setting the foundation for a long-term career in financial services.

• Participate in a structured licensing program and successfully pass required exams
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and Financial Advisors
• Handle inbound calls and assist with client inquiries related to accounts and portfolios
• Educate clients on investment platforms and digital tools
• Review portfolio holdings and discuss investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, easy-to-understand guidance
• Maintain high accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Continuously develop knowledge of financial products and industry trends

• Paid study time for SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
