Finance Transformation Manager (Hybrid - Edina) $115,000-$135,000 + Bonus

We're partnering with a large, complex organization seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to support key finance initiatives, process improvements, and system projects across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working cross-functionally. You'll help drive meaningful change while gaining exposure to finance transformation, systems, and strategic projects.
What You'll Do

• Lead and support finance and accounting-related projects
• Partner with accounting, finance, operations, and business leaders
• Assist with system implementations and process improvement initiatives
• Help standardize processes across multiple business units
• Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across finance functions
• Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to leadership

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting
• Experience participating in projects, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across departments

Preferred Experience

• ERP implementation or systems project exposure
• Multi-entity or shared services environments
• Process improvement, transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives
• High-volume transactional accounting environments
