*** Join Associated Bank as a Portfolio Manager supporting Commercial Real Estate clients through credit analysis, portfolio management, and relationship support. You’ll play a key role in evaluating loan opportunities, managing risk, and contributing to client growth.

This role offers strong exposure to complex deals and opportunities to develop leadership and credit expertise.###
** Key Accountabilities
*** Analyze borrower financials, property performance, and market data to evaluate new and existing loan opportunities
* Manage portfolio risk by monitoring loan performance and ensuring accurate, timely risk ratings
* Partner with Relationship Managers to support client relationships and deliver responsive service
* Prepare clear, comprehensive credit presentations and approval materials
* Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures
* Monitor repayment activity, covenant compliance, and overall financial condition of borrowers
* Support due diligence and underwriting for new client opportunities and transactions
* Contribute to special projects and mentor junior team members as needed###
** Education & Experience
***
* Required:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or credit analysis
* 4+ years managing or analyzing complex credit transactions
** Preferred:
*** 3+ years in sales or business development
* 1+ year of formal credit training
* CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation### ###
