Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

You’ll lead accounting for a significant business segment, partner closely with operations leaders, help drive process improvements, and play a key role in a major ERP transformation.

• Oversee the monthly financial statement process, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Conduct routine account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial results
• Manage the cost accounting for inventory
• Develop reporting for segments and cost centers
• Lead annual external audits
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams on reporting, forecasting, and the AOP process

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• 10+ years of public and industry accounting experience

• Salary: starts at $190K+ DOE

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual’s experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or be planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
