Chartwell is a Minneapolis-based business with nine offices nationwide focused on expanding through organic and inorganic strategic growth.

Chartwell invests in people who are motivated to learn, who enjoy solving ambiguous problems, and who take pride in producing clear, client-ready work. We’re committed to doing honest, ethical work and treating teammates and clients with respect, integrity, and professional courtesy.

Chartwell’s Interim Leadership practice works primarily with middle-market companies, who have a desire to grow.

Our team of finance and accounting professionals bridges the gap between strategy and execution by embedding seasoned experts who execute initiatives that drive revenue growth and EBITDA expansion, resulting in value creation. Typical roles within the practice include CFO, VP of finance, controller and accounting manager.

If you enjoy working with multiple clients, across a variety of industries, in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment, this role would be a strong fit.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Drive business development and sales efforts of the Practice to create awareness and secure new clients.
  • Support a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Support the development of standardized processes that support the Practice.
  • Partner with Chartwell practice areas to support the overall operational and strategic initiatives of our clients.
