Position SummaryThe Financial Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes. This role partners with cross-functional teams to provide insights that support business decisions and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Analyze financial results and explain variances against budget and forecast
- Support budgeting and forecasting through financial modeling and data analysis
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support month-end close activities and improve reporting processes
- Prepare presentations and materials for leadership review
- Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with financial systems or data tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Financial modeling and forecasting

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $ per year
