Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst
Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for overseeing all cash application processes, billing processes, and managing the cash application and billing activities across all company codes. The role serves as the Subject Matter Expert for all cash applications processes and ensures cash is recorded and applied according to Deluxe Policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Manage the cash application process across all company codes, ensuring payments are received through the payment portals and any unapplied cash is cleared according to policy.
- Monitor and analyze internal bank statements daily for proper cash postings and manage un-applied cash to prevent aging.
- Manage the billing process across all company codes and monitor the billing checklist to ensure all billing is completed on time according to terms and contracts.
- Execute, track, and monitor department metrics related to cash and billing; partner with the Reporting COE team to create and maintain the AR Dashboard for Senior Finance and Business Leaders.
- Provide accounting support as the point of contact for Shared Services to reconcile systems that are out of balance between multiple ERPs.
- Monitor SLAs associated with the Business Process Outsource (BPO) Group and handle escalations.
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, or high school diploma/ GED with 7 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate cross‑functionally.
The compensation range for this position is $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and internal equity.
