Sr. Investment Advisor

This is a full-time, role based in the Greater Minneapolis area for a Senior Investment Advisor. The Senior Investment Advisor will work with soon-to-be-retiring beloved advisor to take over and ultimately grow the client relationships.

This role collaborates with clients to design and implement tailored financial plans and recommend investment strategies. They will work closely with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver ongoing guidance.

The role also involves engaging with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience and support organizational growth initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Investments, and developing effective Investment Strategies
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Finance and wealth management
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities and a client-first mindset
• Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA or CFP certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial planning tools and investment technology platforms
