SUMMARY
The Asset Management Analyst assists on all aspects of the administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities of the Colliers Mortgage Fannie Mae and FHA multifamily loan servicing portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for assisting with all asset management functions of the assigned loan servicing portfolio, including financial analysis, draw review, inspections, assumptions, easements, partial releases, and other loan events.
- Monitor property repairs and hazard insurance losses, including monitoring repair deadlines, draw review and processing reimbursement from escrow.
- Interact with various departments on the servicing platform to facilitate the transfer of cash and the maintenance of reserve and other escrow accounts.
- Accurately and efficiently produce required analysis of operating statements and related financial statements of multifamily properties and borrowers, including identifying and researching trends and variances and reporting to lenders.
- Perform (or review third-party) property inspections to verify sufficient maintenance of collateral, identify and report life safety issues and other items of deferred maintenance.
- Communicate loan performance issues to the asset manager and management.
- Effectively communicate via phone, email and in-person with internal Colliers employees and with external parties such as borrowers, lenders, property management companies, legal counsel and other third-party vendors.
- Assist with loan and property level data maintenance of the servicing portfolio.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting preferred.
- 1+ years of commercial mortgage servicing experience preferred.
- Third party commercial or multifamily servicing experience preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of mortgage banking, loan servicing, financial statement analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required, advanced financial and data manipulation functions in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive, self-starter.
Required to perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and lender servicing guides/agreements.
JOB EXPECTATIONSThis is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Approximate salary range for this role: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
