Job Summary

Wipfli Corporate Finance Advisors, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its investment banking team at the Twin Cities office.

Responsibilities
  • Support investment banking team on the execution of M&A transactions.
  • Assist in preparation of confidential information memoranda, pitch materials, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to perform various financial and valuation analyses.
  • Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research.
  • Provide mentoring to junior associates.
  • Play a key role in supporting origination, opportunity evaluation, and deal execution.
  • Occasional travel, up to 20%.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a major in business, finance, accounting, or economics preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in investment banking or related field.
  • Preferred: SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses, or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong quantitative and data‑based skills, including finance and valuation modeling.
  • Experience providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must reside in or near the Twin Cities and be able to commute to the office.
  • Willing to maintain a hybrid schedule of at least 4 days in office.
Compensation & Benefits

Estimated base pay range: $88,000 – $118,000. Compensation will be determined by factors including experience, skills, and local market.

Incentive compensation is tied to successful transaction closings and may include an annual discretionary bonus.
