Strategic Finance Manager

This highly visible role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver meaningful insights, support strategic initiatives, and help define how portfolio and investment performance is measured and communicated. You’ll tackle complex business challenges, build analytical frameworks from the ground up, and work directly with executive teams to drive value creation and long-term growth.

• Build, develop, and standardize reporting frameworks to evaluate company performance
• Leverage strong business acumen to look past raw financial data, conducting deep-dive analyses that explain the operational drivers, trends, and variances within investments
• Prepare and present clear, highly visible performance dashboards and strategic insights directly to leadership
• Actively contribute to defining long-term business strategies that manage the successful progression, scaling, and operational growth of investments
• Apply a deep understanding of private equity, capital markets, and deal structuring to evaluate follow-on investment opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• 5+ years of finance experience
• Exposure to M&A and deal structuring

• Salary Range: $140,000–$155,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
