Minneapolis, MN 55408 (Onsite — No Work from Home)

Shift: Mon – Fri (8 AM – 5 PM)

Negotiable

• Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures for loan products.
• Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans.
• Process and close loan products. Interpret loan documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow-ups.
• Receive direction from the loan documentation supervisor and elevate non-routine questions.
• Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other loan documentation individuals.
• Interact with the immediate loan documentation team and functional area on the routine process.

• Review documents to see if we have sufficient docs to verify the insurance.
• It is a Production Based Environment.
• Experience in Mortgage/Insurance would be nice to have.
• Financial / Legal documents reviewing experience.
