Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets, offering a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services.

We have an immediate opening for a Mortgage Loan Officer. This is an in‑office position that will be primarily based out of our Woodbury corporate office with coverage at our smaller branch locations as needed. The role may require travel to other offices or locations for member assistance, training or community events.

• Assist members with mortgage lending needs and establish internal and external relationships.
• Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Attend training sessions at the Woodbury corporate office and the North Saint Paul office.

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator registration number.
• Equivalent to a two‑year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.

Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM with a half‑hour lunch. Occasionally evenings and weekends to meet client needs.

Pay: $27.72–$29.45 per hour plus a monthly incentive upon achieving sales targets. Benefits include health/dental insurance, personal leave, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and retirement.
