What You’ll Do

The VP – Treasury Manager is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and day‑to‑day management for Royal Credit Union's Treasury Management function. This role is accountable for team leadership, treasury sales execution, business deposit growth support, onboarding and implementation effectiveness, portfolio management discipline, product alignment, and cross‑functional coordination. The position ensures Treasury Management supports Royal's Core Purpose and Values while helping grow and retain business relationships through effective cash management, fraud mitigation, and deposit solutions.

  • Compensation: This is a salaried exempt position; candidates with significant related experience may be higher. $155,000-$190,000 plus 15% target bonus.

What’s Needed For This Position
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Five (5) years treasury management, cash management, business banking, commercial banking, or related financial services experience
  • Prior team leadership, supervision, or management experience
  • Must be bondable upon hire
  • Valid Driver’s License and insured vehicle upon hire
