Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is motivated by solving complex business challenges. This is not a role for someone looking to simply maintain the status quo— we’re looking for a highly driven, naturally curious professional who consistently digs deeper, asks thoughtful questions, and uncovers insights that help shape strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from a manufacturing environment and possess the agility to navigate a business that is growing rapidly through acquisitions. As our organization continues to expand, success in this role requires someone who embraces change, adapts quickly, and can effectively partner across functions to drive results.

This position offers the unique opportunity to work alongside a highly respected finance leader who is committed to mentoring and developing talent. For an ambitious finance professional, this role provides significant exposure, ownership, and a clear path for long‑term career growth as the company continues its exciting trajectory.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end financial management and performance analysis across Revenue and COGS for a manufacturing facility
  • Manage non-revenue financial operations for primary production facilities and company-wide R&D expenditures, tracking strategic investments against key milestones
  • Deliver comprehensive financial commentary and variance analysis for month‑end and quarter‑end corporate reviews, actively participating in presentations to senior leadership
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide critical commentary and analytical inputs for required SEC public filings
  • Conduct rigorous financial analysis for external stakeholders, lenders, and auditors to ensure precise tracking and compliance
  • Leverage advanced Business Intelligence tools and data analytics to synthesize large datasets into scalable financial models and executive dashboards
  • Serve as a key analytical resource for the executive team, collaborating closely with senior leadership on special projects and strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of finance or public accounting experience
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $95,000–$120,000
  • This role is also eligible for various benefits, including Medical Insurance

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
