Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end financial management and performance analysis across Revenue and COGS for a manufacturing facility
- Manage non-revenue financial operations for primary production facilities and company-wide R&D expenditures, tracking strategic investments against key milestones
- Deliver comprehensive financial commentary and variance analysis for month‑end and quarter‑end corporate reviews, actively participating in presentations to senior leadership
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide critical commentary and analytical inputs for required SEC public filings
- Conduct rigorous financial analysis for external stakeholders, lenders, and auditors to ensure precise tracking and compliance
- Leverage advanced Business Intelligence tools and data analytics to synthesize large datasets into scalable financial models and executive dashboards
- Serve as a key analytical resource for the executive team, collaborating closely with senior leadership on special projects and strategic financial initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of finance or public accounting experience
- Salary Range: $95,000–$120,000
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including Medical Insurance
Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
