• Lead, develop, and mentor a high‑performing global pricing team
• Define comprehensive value‑based pricing architectures and global market positioning strategies
• Partner with product and finance leaders to optimize margin life cycles
• Drive net price realization initiatives using advanced margin waterfall analysis
• Accelerate commercial quoting speeds and optimize operational deal review workflows
• Establish global discounting policies and maintain strict internal compliance controls
• Oversee the strategic integration of advanced enterprise pricing software tools
• Deploy predictive analytics models, including price, volume, mix, and elasticity
• Advise business unit leaders on profitable sales growth and strategy

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• 8+ years of industrial manufacturing company experience with oversight of a large team

• Salary Range: $200,000–$260,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
