Client Reporting Regulatory Consultant
Our client is seeking a Client Reporting Regulatory Consultant with deep experience across client reporting operations, regulatory reporting obligations, statement production, trade confirms, and mailing operations within a financial services environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Support and optimize client reporting operations across statements, confirms, regulatory mailings, and e-delivery processes
- Manage and improve workflows related to monthly/quarterly statements, trade confirms, inserts, and mailing production schedules
- Support regulatory reporting obligations, mailing timelines, and delivery requirements
- Build and/or help structure client reporting operational teams and workflows
- Develop and document procedures, controls, and end-to-end operational processes
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Partner with technology, operations, compliance, product, and business stakeholders on reporting initiatives
- 10+ years of experience within Client Reporting Operations
- Strong experience with:
- Client Statements
- Trade Confirms
- Regulatory Mailings
- E-Delivery
- Mailing Production Operations
- Strong understanding of regulatory obligations, delivery timelines, and operational controls
- Experience building or structuring client reporting teams and operating models
- Strong process improvement, exception management, and quality control experience
- Experience with in financial services, investment management, or wealth management environments
- Experience with automation or workflow tools preferred
- Strong analytical, process design, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
