Pay range: $95,000 – $171,000. Compensation varies by labor market, education, experience, and certifications.

As a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will drive Target’s strategic execution by investigating the impact of business initiatives, interpreting financial performance, developing tools for decision making, and partnering with internal stakeholders to set long‑range goals, budgets, and forecasts.

• Investigate strategic initiatives and transactions for financial impact.
• Interpret financial and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create financial tools to streamline decision‑making.
• Partner with internal clients to develop long‑range goals, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional reviews for both new and ongoing initiatives.

• MBA with strong academic performance.
• 6–9 years of finance and business experience.
